Tourism Fiji needed a way to convert awareness to online leads, leading to sales through wholesalers and travel agents. Together with Marchese Communications, one of our agency partners, we created a muti-point email CRM program to help first identify, and subsequently nurture the leads, in order to convert leads into visits to Fiji. For three years, this program has helped Tourism Fiji reach US sales of 8% ahead of revenue targets for the US and 12% ahead in Canada, proving that consistent, relevant marketing drives sales.
